Came in for lunch to dry food and as soon as we sit down they changed the signs for dinner only and upcharged us for dinner but it was lunch hours.Food was dry and the pepper beef is not real beef. So we had a half a plate of food that was trash.

My daughter and I are down on vacation the week before she heads back to school from Georgia and we decided after a day of being lazy we wanted to grab some Chinese as we have a place back home that’s absolutely amazing, after seeing online they where around a four star we figured okay maybe not as good but at the end of the day it’s a Chinese buffet and most are very comparable with the usual trend of when new they are amazing but most tend to fall off over time. Well so after a quick google search we found joy luck buffet and decided to give it a go. First off the lady when you walk in and greet you is very nice but once you get to being seated you get little to no interaction other than here’s your check, drink and zero refills but make sure you tip.. the standard stuff. It’s a very rushed and hurry up to get you out pace for sure. Now to the food quality.. my first plate the food went back half ate as most of the flood had tasted like it had sit half the day with out layers being things like the noodles, coconut chicken, egg rolls and my child (15 y.o girl found the only thing good being the banana pudding.. ) her favorite is the potatoes at most places and she eats a lot of th

I came here 6 months ago & the food was above average for a buffet so I came back. This time-most of the food was not hot and barely luke warm. Almost half of the items seemed like they had set out all day(dried out BBQ ribs, fried dough ball very hard, fried dumpling hard shell, etc) and this was prime dinner time at 6PM. The worst was the extra $12.99 for one pound of steamed crab claws. I know from experience & even Googled it- a normal serving of crab claws is 3-5 clusters. I received 2 clusters & neither were large. When I asked the server, it seemed there was a language barrier. She offered & I agreed for me to speak to the manager who never came. The crabs were good but I felt cheated. My drink also had a funky taste- maybe the ice? I’ll try Hibachi on the next trip.

This buffet is amazing! The food is fantastic, the service is great, and there are so many delicious options to choose from. Everything was fresh, tasty, and constantly being refilled. I also appreciate that they remind customers not to waste food and even charge by the pound for leftovers. It's a smart way to encourage people to take only what they can eat. Another great perk is their loyalty card—every visit earns a stamp, and after 10 stamps, you get a free lunch. Who doesn't love free food? Now, my only complaint... where are the fortune cookies?! 😂 I mean, what is a Chinese buffet without that little cookie telling me I'm about to become rich, famous, or mysteriously meet "someone special"? I left full and happy, but my future remains unknown. 🤣 Fortune cookies or not, this place is definitely worth visiting, and I'll be back for stamp number two!

UPDATED REVIEW: 7/21/26 This buffet is sure to have something for everyone. We've been a number of times. We were reluctant to go initially due to some negative reviews. But, we decided to take a chance and very happy that we went. Buffet is very reasonably priced for the amount of all you can eat food. They've also added a Loyalty Program so be sure to ask your server to hook you up. Speaking of servers, they go out of their way to clear your table and refill your drinks. Buffet servers go above and beyond your typical waitstaff so remember this at tip time, please. The buffet is hot and well maintained. Don't forget to have some ice-cream with your desserts before you leave. Oh, and Sunday is dinner all day. Dinner is also very reasonably priced and includes some of the biggest, fresh, raw oysters we've seen in any restaurant. Previous reviews: $24.99 for the Sunday buffet all day. Extra $12.99 if you want crab legs. Food was good and they did a decent job of keeping the trays filled during lunch. Staff was working hard clearing plates and filling drinks.
